Story Weaver offers premium corporate, lifestyle, and dynamic media asset generation, digital product visualization, and customized studio production services. All structural services are rendered subject to dynamic engine availability, technical operational confirmation, and the precise design blueprints mapped out during onboarding.
Studio Ownership: Unless explicitly declared otherwise in a signed commercial buyout contract or written asset release override, Story Weaver retains full raw copyright and intellectual property rights over all original creative concepts, source files, data configurations, and structural layouts produced.
Client Usage License: Upon final, complete settlement of all financial liabilities and invoices, the Client is automatically granted a defined, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display, and distribute the finalized visual assets within the specific business scopes negotiated.
A design pipeline or production timeframe is officially locked into our operational schedule only upon explicit verification of a cleared system deposit payment (retainer retainer) alongside an executed service blueprint statement.
Deposit Rule: All project scheduling deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they lock down production time slots and infrastructure assets, causing the studio to bypass alternative incoming requests.
Online invoice allocations and secure portal payments are routed via authorized financial integration networks. Story Weaver holds zero liability for runtime database connection timeouts, currency clearing discrepancies, or callback hook failures triggered by your banking infrastructure. Balance values must be cleared in full before physical media sets, assets, or tracking packages are dispatched.
The Client holds sole responsibility for providing precise brand names, technical metrics, logo strings, and fully verified creative assets. Once an initial milestone compilation is submitted for execution feedback, the Client must communicate all necessary revisions within 5 business days. Failure to deliver a review inside this timeline triggers an automatic system milestone sign-off.
While we maintain peak storage precautions, Story Weaver is not legally responsible for accidental data layer crashes, media device corruption, or deployment changes forced by third-party hosting frameworks or force majeure conditions. You explicitly choose to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio and its operational crew against any copyright disputes or business damage stemming from content provided for the project.
When testing or using our live portals, clients and external users are strictly prohibited from passing custom SQL injection parameters, triggering continuous request loops to the communication pathways, or deploying unauthorized scraping scrapers. We reserves the right to immediately invalidate access signatures if system risks are isolated.
These Terms and all operational contracts are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the local laws of our primary studio operating jurisdiction. Any formal disputes, mediation requests, or legal actions must be initialized and resolved within our designated local court systems.
